Hot Flush alleviator



This audio track can help alleviate hot flushes. Listen to it in the background before you retire for the evening, for example whilst removing makeup or settling down before sleep. It should be played for 5 consecutive days followed by a 2 day break. In the two day break you will notice your hot flushes start to decrease. Continue with the routine of five days of listening followed by a two-day break until the flushes have stopped completely in the two day break. Your flushes will now have ceased. If your flushes return follow the routine again.
